How to get here

Turn right a the exit onto Manorville Road and take that to Route 51. You will come to a stop sign at Route 51, and you will want to make a right onto that highway, heading towards Eastport. At the first light, make a left onto Eastport Manor Road. 0.9 miles from there, make a left onto Montauk Highway (second light). You will go 1.2 miles down the highway. There will be a curve in the highway to the left, and you will go straight onto South Country Road. Make a right on to Rogers Lane 0.8 miles down the road. The first driveway on the left on Rogers Lane is the Hidden Mill Bed and Breakfast.

House policies

When you plan to visit with your New York 15 passenger rental van, there are a few things you should know before you get there. The room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a 50% deposit that is to be paid at the time of booking, which can be made by cash, cheque, or credit card. If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, you will get your deposit back, less $25. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival, you will only get your deposit back if the room is re-rented (less $25). This is a smoke free environment. Pets may be accommodated in some rooms for a fee.
